The Hens Sweep Knecht Cup

The full force of Delaware Crew took to the Cooper River this past weekend to compete in the Knecht Cup. The weather and water were fair, good racing conditions for the Hens. The competition was stiff, the Hens facing off against University of Michigan and Colgate University. But the opposition was no match for the Hens who quickly sped down the course. Lightweights battle Pennsylvania, Heavyweights battle the wind

This past weekend the Blue Hens continued their season with their second races. The Lightweights competed in Philadelphia against University of Pennsylvania, Temple University and M.I.T. Delaware Wins the Men’s Points Trophy at Dad Vails for the Second Consecutive Year

In perfect conditions on the Schuylkill River, the Delaware Blue Hens captured the Dr. Thomas Kerr Trophy for Men’s Overall Points at the Dad Vail Regatta for the second consecutive year after medalling in six of their eight grand finals.
