The Notable finishes of the day include the Lightweight 8+ that claimed gold, winning the Thomas W. Loschiavo trophy, well rowed! Additionally, the Varsity Lightweight 4+ rowed their way to a first place finish with a five second victory over the field, congratulations to the winning crew. The Varsity Heavyweight 8+, claimed bronze in the Grand Final narrowly missing silver to SJU, but posting the best finish of a Delaware boat in said event in recent memory, congrats! The Junior Varsity Heavy 8+ took home the bronze medal in a tough field, congratulations to all oarsmen. The Frosh 8+ also took home third place this past weekend, finishing in front of Michigan, Purdue, and Minnesota.
