What’s New?
We’re excited to welcome our newest recruits to Delaware Men’s Crew: Miles Bauman, Gavin Smith, Christopher Dell, James Ryan, Uhmjoo Han, and Loshitha Munaweerra. We’re also welcoming transfer student Zaid Limparis to the squad.
These guys are stepping into a crew with a strong tradition, but they’re also becoming part of what comes next. From the first stroke to the finish line, they’ll be learning the rhythm, putting in the work, and helping set the new standard for Delaware Men’s Crew.
A new season means new faces, new leadership, and a whole lot to look forward to.
This fall, Delaware Men’s Crew is excited to welcome two familiar faces back to the boathouse. We’re proud to welcome alumni Coach Dom Diubaldo and Coach Brett Weber to the coaching staff. Having once rowed in the same boats, they now return to help shape the next generation of Delaware Crew.
We’re also celebrating a pretty special milestone off the water: Team Advisor John William’s, IncNow corporation, is celebrating its 50th anniversary! Fifty years is an incredible accomplishment, and we’re excited to celebrate this milestone with him.
And finally, a special thank you to Coach Hannah for stepping up and taking charge of our novice. From teaching the fundamentals to helping our newest rowers find their rhythm, Coach Hannah has been putting in the work to help build the foundation of our next generation of rowers.
