Bio: Luis became interested in rowing when his tutor in elementary school rowed for the University of San Diego’s Women’s Team. He started his rowing career as a coxswain and then became a lightweight rower his sophomore year. Luis chose the university of Delaware because they offered the best combination of strong academic programs and competitive rowing team.
